Results from Hollywood Smiles whitening treatments vary from person to person. The outcome depends on the type and severity of staining being treated. While we take pride in delivering noticeable improvements, we cannot guarantee specific results, as every smile is unique.

• Yellow-toned teeth generally respond best to whitening.
   
• Brown or grey-toned teeth may lighten 2–7 shades.
   
• Clients who already start at the lightest shade may not see visible results, as their teeth are already near optimal whiteness.
   

A small number of clients may experience temporary tooth or gum sensitivity, or mild lip swelling for a few days after treatment.

• If sensitivity lasts longer than two weeks, please consult a dental professional.
   
• To minimize risk, we recommend using a fluoride or potassium nitrate toothpaste daily before and after treatment.
   
• Treatments should not exceed two hours per session. For sensitive clients, splitting sessions over two days may reduce discomfort.
   

Whitening products are formulated for natural teeth only. They will not change the color of crowns, veneers, composites, fillings, or other dental restorations. This may result in slight shade differences, which some clients choose to address with their dentist after whitening.

Some clients may notice temporary white lines or spots (calcium deposits) after treatment. These areas typically blend with continued whitening over time.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
   
• Minimum 24 hours notice is required for reschedules or cancellations.
   
• One-time courtesy: If you call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of your deposit and any pre-payments.
   
• Prepaid sessions are also non-refundable if missed or cancelled within 24 hours.
   
• In the case of COVID-19–related closures or restrictions, deposits and prepayments will be credited toward your next appointment.
